Because our software interacts with live e-commerce environments, Advance Digital Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or data, arising from use of the software.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
