License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Purchase of an AdvanceArtworks extension grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software, subject to the domain scope selected at checkout:

• Single Domain License — one production OpenCart installation.
• Multi-Domain License — use across multiple installations owned by the licensee, as specified at purchase.

2. Ownership

This license grants usage rights only. AdvanceArtworks and Advance Digital Services retain all intellectual property ownership of the codebase. Redistribution or resale of the source code is prohibited.

3. Support and Updates

Each license includes twelve (12) months of support and version updates from the date of purchase. Renewal is required to continue receiving updates beyond this period.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon breach of its terms, including unauthorized redistribution.
